This letter of reference is written on behalf of Crew Builders in recognition of the outstanding work their team did for Interactivate in April 2007. Interactivate leased 2,700 square feet of requiring tenant improvements to suit our specific needs. Crew Builders was the winning contractor among three who participated in our competitive bid process.

We had a very aggressive timeline for the completion of the work. Throughout the project, Crew Builders worked closely with our team to minimize disruption in our adjacent space and to keep the project on time and on budget. The project manager was consistently on site and kept us well informed regarding progress and helped us resolve small issues on the spot as they arose.

Ultimately, the work was completed ahead of schedule with only one pricing change, due to a change that was not included in the original scope of work. Everyone that we dealt with at Crew Builders including the owner, staff and subcontractors was extremely capable and responsive to our needs. The Crew Builder team made us feel as if we were their only client, even though I know they had running several other jobs at the same time.
