Tenant Improvement

Summary

This 2,915- square foot tenant improvement of our upstairs neighbor’s office was complete in an accelerated 8-week schedule. Crew Builders provided architectural consulting to assist the customer’s designers and delivered a completed facility successfully The elements of this project included demo, framing/drywall, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, openings and premium finishes. To go along the premium finishes, The Shegarian Law office space is also a “smart office”, all of the TVs , lights, and sound system can be controlled by iPads that are mounted on walls throughout the office.
